Image Parallax itself can be implemented with localized scroll. However, when using localized scroll in the SP version, sometimes the Smooth scroll bug may occur.
If you turn off localized scroll to avoid this problem, image parallax will also be cut off.

Use locomotive scroll for scrolling only, and Image Parallax should be implemented with Scrolltrigger.
